Respecting Choices Course

Being able to assist patients, loved ones and the community with end of life decision making is important throughout our network of care in Tampa Bay. Facilitator training can give you the skills and confidence to do it well.
Empath Choices for Care will be offering one more Respecting Choices course before the end of the year. This is a “First Steps” Certified Advance Care Planning Facilitator Course. The course offers 17.4 contact hours for nurses and social workers.
We have been informed by Respecting Choices that the cost will be going up in cost soon.

Time: 8am – 4:30 pm
Where: The Garden House (Roosevelt campus)
Cost: $250 (includes light breakfast, lunch & snacks)
