Annual Conference
Forum is FHPCA’s annual education conference. Attendees travel to Orlando each year to attend this exceptional 1.5 day event. A committee of clinicians from Florida hospices, FHPCA Patron members and area experts work to develop a unique, new theme each Forum and recruit/invite speakers to address the latest hot topics and developing best practices for current and future leaders.
