PALM COAST, Fla. – Join Florida Hospital HospiceCare on September 14 for the 13th annual Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House Golf Classic at the Links Course at Hammock Dunes.
The funds from this event will support the eight-bed Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House, located on the campus of Florida Hospital Flagler. The Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House is the community’s most comprehensive hospice, offering acute, respite, home health and continuous care. No other hospice in Flagler County offers all four services.
