Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care will offer volunteer orientation and training for Orlando residents and those in other areas of Orange County, including Pine Hills, Winter Park, Ocoee and other communities.
Volunteer opportunities include patient family respite, facility patient companionship, veteran-to-veteran support, or pet care.
Training is free and Cornerstone Hospice volunteers can choose the geographic areas where they’ll support patients. Bilingual speakers are encouraged to join Cornerstone’s volunteer team.
