Speaker: Connie A. Raffa

Connie Raffa has 36 years’ experience in government and private practice, including regulatory/reimbursement issues, fraud/abuse investigations, audits, medical reviews, compliance, survey/certification, administrative/federal litigation. Her clients include hospitals, palliative care programs, home health agencies, hospices, and physicians. Connie served 15 years with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, OGC, and OIG, and was a prosecutor in the New York City District Attorney’s Office. A frequent lecturer, award winner, and author, her work has appeared in Caring, Newsline, Journal of Health Care Compliance, New York State Bar Association Health Law Journal, and The Wall Street Journal. She serves on the Board of the Hospice & Palliative Care Association of New York State and was previously on NHPCO’s Public Policy and Regulatory Committees.
