This insightful program will review Medicare eligibility requirements, the required hospice admission documentation, including both technical and clinical requirements, and address what qualifies a person for hospice. There will be a segment regarding key disease states facing hospice agencies today, and what clinical symptoms and conditions should be present and documented to support a primary diagnosis.
