Role:

Qualifications:

  • Current Florida RN license
  • Masters degree required – healthcare related, business administration, other associated field
  • Five years progressive leadership experience that is comparable to the CCO’s authority and responsibility
  • Two years hospice or home health leadership experience preferred
  • Expertise in regulation interpretation and process
  • Demonstrated ability in mentoring, individual/group facilitation & motivation
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Excellent written and oral communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Able to develop, plan, and implement programs
  • Experience in budget development and fiscal accountability.
