Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Clinical Operations is responsible for enhancing the quality and effectiveness of all clinical services at Big Bend Hospice. The ideal candidate must be an experienced manager and leader with the following qualification and personal characteristics. Demonstrated track record of superb operating and management skills. Must be analytical, exceptionally well organized and have superior communication skills. (Community Hospice) bereavement program in support of patient family members, and development and management of grief programs to support the needs of our community. Masters degree in social work from an accredited school of social work. Florida LCSW required. State certification as a “Qualified Supervisor” for Chapter 491 preferred. Minimum five (5) years clinical practice/direct service experience with individuals and families in health care. Minimum two (2) years supervisory and program management experience.
