The Provider Membership is open to any hospice organization licensed to directly provide hospice care by the State of Florida — and when your organization joins, every employee becomes a member, giving your entire team access to everything FHPCA offers. Our Provider Members are a vital asset to FHPCA’s work advancing quality hospice and palliative care across the state, and we work hard every day to ensure the preservation of the hospice Medicaid benefit — having done so successfully for over 30 years.
