The Affiliate Membership is designed for vendors, consultants, pharmaceutical representatives, and any organization whose work supports Florida’s hospice providers. As an Affiliate Member, you gain direct access to FHPCA’s statewide provider network — organizations that served 95% of hospice admissions across all 67 Florida counties in 2024. We work hard to bring real value to you and your company.

Corporate Patron Membership
$12,500 / year
The highest level of Affiliate Membership — ideal for businesses that anticipate being highly active in FHPCA sponsorships and events. FHPCA staff will work directly with your team to develop unique opportunities to present your brand and services to our hospice provider membership.

Patron Membership
$3,200 / year
Designed for businesses engaged in the principal activities of hospice on a statewide level — including vendors, consultants, agents, pharmaceutical companies, and organizations serving the end-of-life continuum.

Associate Membership

The base level of Affiliate Membership, designed for businesses that provide goods or services to Florida hospice programs. For a nominal investment, it demonstrates care and support for those facing life-limiting and terminal illness.
