Tidewell Hospice, a beautiful Southwest Florida healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced and team-oriented LPN to join our PRN Team for Manatee & Sarasota county areas.

Under physician’s orders and RN supervision, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the observation of patient/family needs and providing palliative and supportive care to the patient/family unit in the home setting environment, assisted living facility environment, and the long term care environment

Educational/Professional:

1. Graduate of approved school of practical/vocational nursing and current Florida LPN license.
2. One year of recent experience in acute health care experience required.
3. Previous Hospice/Home Health Care experience preferred.
4. CHPLN certification is strongly encouraged within 3 years of employment.
