Through legislation passed in 2020, Florida assisted living facilities have seen an expansion in their services and admissions criteria along with the approval of a new version of Form 1823 (AHCA, effective 10/7/2021). FHPCA and Florida Senior Living Association want to bring our two communities together for a webinar on November 9, 2021 at 10am to provide a regulatory update, review a case study and hold a discussion on how changes to the admissions process, Forum 1823 completion and interdisciplinary care planning process might improve communication and strengthen the partnerships between ALF and Hospice programs.
Speakers:
Monica Wilson with ICE Bridge, LLC and Chief Clinical Officer, Jaqueline Lopez-Devine from Trustbridge will lead the discussion.
