Under the supervision of the Patient Care Administrator and the direction of the Primary Nurse provides direct patient care in the home during periods of respite care by providing custodial or end-of-life care/support for pediatric patients within the scope of licensed practical nursing practice. Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing Program. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in home care. IV Certification in the state of Florida and current CPR certification.

Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing Program. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in home care. IV Certification in the state of Florida. Current CPR certification. Reliable transportation allowing employee to work at varying locations in the five (5)county northeast Florida locations – Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, St. Johns. Pediatric nursing for all ages of children for a broad spectrum of diagnoses.
