Responsible for direct oversight of all aspects of participant care provided by PACE staff members in the home and at the PACE center, including case management, fiscal accountability, risk, compliance, and personnel management. This includes the management of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). S/he is responsible for monitoring the budget and making adjustments as necessary to control expenditures while maintaining quality patient care.
