Under the general direction of the Director of Business Development, the Manager of Healthcare Relations will coach, train and assess the Healthcare Relations Representatives on their ability to engage and educate medical referral sources on why refer to hospice and why to choose Community Hospice of Northeast Florida (Community Hospice). In addition, the Manager will be responsible for oversight of major accounts. Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of five (5) years of documented sales success in a health related field. Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in a health related field. Clinical knowledge.
