Works in collaboration with a physician and other palliative care team members in an active practice to deliver palliative care and related health care services to patients and families in a variety of settings.  Advanced Practice Nurse licensed in the state of Florida.  Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Florida. Controlled Substance license. Excellent interpersonal and communications skill.  Knowledge of patient care charts and patient histories, health education theory and practice, clinical operations and procedures.  Current principles, methods and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment in area of expertise.
