PALM COAST, Fla. – Join Florida Hospital HospiceCare for the fifth annual Blessing of the Bricks event on May 19, at 4 p.m. in the butterfly garden in Kelly’s Corner, the Memorial Butterfly Garden at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House, located on the campus of Florida Hospital Flagler at 150 Memorial Medical Parkway, Palm Coast.

Since 2007, the butterfly garden at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House has been a place for patients and families to sit in fellowship and prayer, as well as honor the memories of those who have passed away.

Part of the program this year will be devoted to remembering Doris C. Meyer, who was Stuart’s widow, Kelly’s grandmother and a driving force in the establishment of the hospice house. The event will also celebrate the completion of a new trellis over the memorial paving bricks in Kelly’s Corner with a ribbon cutting and special dedication.

The eight-bed Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House is Palm Coast’s most comprehensive hospice, offering acute, respite, home health and continuous care. No other hospice in Flagler County offers all four services.

To RSVP, call (386) 586-4440.
