Raising the Bar for Care & Services with Volunteers
In many hospice programs, patient care volunteers and office volunteers are about the only options available. Yet volunteers can do so much more. Providing more volunteer opportunities prevents burnout, keeps volunteers involved, and increases the amount and types of services that can be offered to patients and families – increasing overall satisfaction. This webinar will focus on developing new and creative volunteer programs beginning with a needs assessment and ending with program evaluation and follow-up to ensure success.
