Free ‘Coping with the Holidays’ Workshop

Realizing that the holidays can be an emotionally difficult time for those who have suffered the loss of a loved one, especially children, the Covenant Hospice Bereavement Department will be providing a free workshop to help. The workshop will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 20, 2014 at the Grace Lutheran Church, located at 6601 N. 9th Ave., Pensacola, FL 32514.
The workshop will include many tips on “how to cope” during the holidays, normal grief reactions, coping strategies for the holidays, ways to remember a loved one and supporting children through the holidays. This free workshop is open to the public.
